A Midwestern Doctor is a genius. I have read all his work. It’s good to see so many in the medical industry agree about these treatments. I have used DMSO to cure acne and also the concept around zeta potential to heal immune systems

I asked a question related to this in a recent Q & A and if I understood correctly, Dr. Stillman seemed to indicate once you've made the initial mixture, dipped 1 Tablespoon out and put into 16 ounces of water, you then drink a total of 3 of those 16 ounces of water (with the 1 Tablespoon added) per day (each 16 ounce bottle spaced out, so at 3 different times).

I am not sure if this is the right forum to ask questions, but I am a bit confused by the instructions. Why should one make a litre of the mixture, but then only use 15ml of it each time? Wouldn't that entail having over 60 portions which would need to be stored over a long period? Why not just make a much smaller initial mixture? Thanks for the article and any clarification!

I think Dr. Stillman might reply to an email for clarification better than in the comments. He said something that led me to think this in a recent Q & A session.

I finally started taking it today. Instead of 1 litre, I just made 500 ml. I put it in a sealed jar in the cupboard, and I put 10 ml of this in a glass with 300 ml of water. It looks just like water, and I do not notice any taste. It should last a couple of weeks. So far, so good. I hope you are doing well. Best wishes!

How much should we drink of the diluted mixture at one time? Start with once a day and build up potentially, but how much each time? The entire 16 ounces referenced?

Any certain source of potassium citrate?

Will MMS (with or without DMSO) do the same thing essentially?

Would that be equivalent to 3.6 TABLESPOONS of Potassium Citrate (about 50 grams) and 1.5 teaspoons of baking soda (roughly 10 grams)?
