No one wants to talk about constipation. While this is a topic that no one wants to talk about, it's also one of the most important topics in health and wellness.
I learned early on that if you don't get your patient's bowels moving, you might as well give up.
Why?
Constipation usually reflects a long combination of mistakes people are making in their day to day life.
I believe modern people are more constipated than ever because of the following:
Lack of sunlight, which is why I recommend red, infrared, and UV-B light for constipation
A lack of morning light
A lack of contact with the earth's electromagnetic field
Electromagnetic pollution
Indoor air pollution
A lack of magnesium in their diet and their water
Nutritional deficiencies, particularly B-vitamins and minerals
