This blog post is the bottom line to a series of posts I’ve written over the past few months. This post will be the bottom line to each of the posts linked to here. This is the short version. I spelled out the specifics in each individual post, for those of you who have the time to read them. This post contains affiliate links that help fuel my writing habit - your patronage of my blog is appreciated.

If you’re serious about achieving optimal vitality, here are first key puzzle pieces you need to fit together in your life.

This is why I wrote this blog post on my daily routine. I strongly recommend that you read it.
Now, on to healthy living…
The first thing I do every morning, right after getting out of bed and brushing my teeth, is to put on my favorite phototherapy patches. I wrote about them here:
You need to optimize your vitamin D. My preference to do this is the Sperti D lamp.
Why the Sperti D? Because I believe UV-B light is superior to vitamin D supplementation through a pill. This is why I like the the Sperti D over a vitamin D supplement. I still use vitamin D supplements, just for the record.
You need to get serious about sauna therapy. My favorite is the Sauna Space Luminati.
You need to be serious about red and infrared light.
You need to fix your light environment.
You need to wear blue blockers.
I drink my Skin Sips. I will write a post on this soon, but for now, here is a link to the product. Get free shipping when you buy direct with code StillmanMD.
You need to figure out what your EMF exposure is and mitigate it as much as possible.
Once you’ve detected EMF, you’ve got to mitigate and move away from them. This is something I cover with people in direct consultations.
Finally, you need to work with someone who has a clue about how to be healthy in our complex, dangerous modern world. You can apply for a consultation with my team via my website, StillmanMD.com.
Until next time, be well,
Dr. Stillman
