When the Sperti and Red light are used simultaneously, what are the guidelines for the "eye-protection" ? Where can I find out about the need/no need to where those green or black goggles that they are sent with? If red light is good for eyes, can we just wear no goggles then? Thank you for the opportunity to learn more.

I have a Sauna Space sauna. Also a single unit. Is there any contraindication to using it with a healed broken leg that has bone fixation and screws? Would the heat and infrared light overheat the implant?

Thanks for sharing, Dr. Stillman. Did you happen to review this led lightning offered by BlockBlueLight (https://www.blockbluelight.com/products/recessed-can-light-full-spectrum-light)?

I have the Firestorm from EMR but struggle to know what distance to use and how to sit/stand to get the most skin exposed, tips?

Also if coupling with a sperti or homemade UV lamp ala AGB, do we need to consider timing of the therapy as it can disrupt circadian rhythm?

I agree and have been for about 4 years now....whole body 6 days a week. Especially since I live along 42nd parallel. My latest unit has 5 nm wave lengths at 100 w. It is a tough sell bc the main stream medial community knows little to nothing about it. Although they do not know much about how to teach you to let your body heal itself... Look into vibration plates and mini trampolines too.. thanks
