Can you explain what is considered noise pollution? Over 65db over 80, or 90db? As an audio engineer, listening to “noise” is vital to me so I’m really curious what you deem safe. Thx!

Over 100 db is a big problem.

Under 80 and you're fine during the day.

Big noises, like explosions or breaking the sound barrier, are also bad.

For sleeping areas, I like it under 50 db and closer to 40 db. Hard to get under that because ambient noises like crickets, air conditioners, and more are a part of life.

Testosterone is so important to men's health, but I agree with you that zinc isn't the single solution to raising the falling testosterone rates in men. I've seen good results on testosterone levels with red light - https://mattcook.substack.com/p/raising-testosterone-using-red-light
