Solid breakdown on the metabolic acidosis angle with choline citrate. The urinary pH tracking is something I started doing awhile back and teh difference was noticable once I hit that 7.0 range consistently. Curious if the citrate form has any advantage over other choline sources beyond just the alkalinzing effect?
