I read through most of your interview. There were so many “typos”, it was hard for a layman to make sense out of it. I do have Dr Brownstein’s books and will read them. I had been on Levothyroxine for 15 years and saw little or no change, so I just stopped it and started taking Kelp from good sources. It has been about 2 years and I haven’t noticed any changes. I have used bottled water all my life and never let my children have fluoride. I have used Himalayan salt for many years. I have not eaten white bread since I was 6 years old. I am 80 years old, still working, and am starting a new business. I was retested for Hashimotos 4 years ago. It was 100. I asked my doc why he never contacted me about it. He said, oh we don’t treat that! That was the last time I saw him. I have had no primary for 3-4 years now. I would die at home before going to our local hospital. Thank God for the docs like Dr Brownstein and you that write books!!!

Thanks Mary - the interview transcript was generated by a computer program, so it's certainly not perfect.

Dr. Albert Szent-Györgyi famously recalled a rhyme he learnt about Lugols Iodine when studying medicine in the late 19th century: “If ye don’t know what, when or why, then prescribe ye K and I.” Contrast that to the attitudes of modern-day doctors, who seem to believe that supplementary iodine is to be avoided in all cases except nuclear fallout...

That was a fantastic interview! So glad that I am on iodine and actually I am feeling much better the last couple days. I have more energy and more optimism.
