As a relatively new HTMA practitioner, this has been I would say my number one challenge, creating that 'gap' in both the sales & marketing realms. I'm glad that I bumped across this podcast.
However it may be different for everyone but some of the worst decisions I've made in life was based heavily on emotions. The best decisions I've made in making buying decisions is when I assessed my options, educated myself about things and was rather methodical.
