How about helping us with What to say when they knock at your DOOR?
Why not Post procedures that WORK the procedures necessary to inform the Companies many don't want this?
Could you spend more time on Billboards, Newspaper ads, even in small local 'BEES'?
We tried contacting our electric/ gas companies and it was a JOKE no human interactions or phone contacts...
We don't want to tag ourselves as non-compliant...who knows what they will do to many?
Can you guide us as to WHAT ARE OUR CONSUMER RIGHTS?
Please can you help your community creating a national website or websites...the current ones are abysmal...
