I may have missed it, but did you mention a preference on form of oats - steel cut vs old fashioned vs quick-cooking? I realize most of your audience knows, in general at least, the less processed a food is the better and with that in mind, what role might the form play if any in blood sugar levels, satiety, etc...?
How do we know what olive oil is of good quality? What is your take on avocado oil?
