UPDATE: I have changed how we work with new members. The rest of this post provides great context, so you should still read it, but the here is how we are now working
I run a members-only practice. We have a 80-100% renewal rate month-to-month. We are now surveying patients regarding their satisfaction with the practice - I will be publishing the results shortly (I don't have a large enough sample size yet).
Details of our memberships are included at the end of this post.
I recommend you watch this video where I explain our memberships.
You can view the video on Facebook here.
We also offer programs, which you can learn more about in this post:
Why did I create a members-only practice?
I wanted to provide an exceptional experience, with a particular focus on exceptional outcomes.
How do we get superior outcomes by being a members-only practice?
We get feedback. Everyone has an end-of-membership call with our Practice Concierge, Megan. Feedback allows us to continuously improve what we do and how we do it. This pertains to both clinical information (were we successful in treating the patient?) and procedural information (did our process work for them?).
We can provide a higher level of service to our members thanks to membership dues. There's a reason why most people feel disconnected from their doctor. They see their doctor once a year and their doctor needs about 2,000 patients to make a reasonable salary. I only have 150 patients, plus their family members. Even if you count children and spouses, we probably have fewer than 200 patients on record. Patients rarely wait more than a few weeks to see me. We do our best to respond to questions as quickly as possible, and within no less than 72 hours (3 business days).
We can provide members-only benefits. These include a weekly Q&A, where I answer member questions (starting this month), online courses, supplement discounts, lab testing discounts, and more.
If you would like to become a patient at my practice, schedule a discovery call via my website.
I strongly encourage practitioners and patients to choose members-only practices. I love the model, because it delivers superior outcomes.
