The short answer to where I get my supplements is my online dispensary.
I cover what I keep in my medicine cabinet in this post:
Why is supplement quality so important? I wrote about this here, but a recent episode with a patient brought the importance of this back into focus for me.
She was taking digestive enzymes and supplemental stomach acid to improve her digestion, but her stool analysis showed zero enzymes and signs of low stomach acid.
What she was taking was worthless. She had been wasting money on poor quality supplements for years.
I've been impressed by the difference my patients see in the enzymes and stomach acid supplements that I stock in my online dispensary. I've taken a lot of time conferring with other practitioners to identify who has the best product and who has poor quality products.
Sadly, many people are wasting their money day after day, week after week, year after year on supplements that simply do not work. Worse, they may be contaminated with things like heavy metals or pesticides.
I recently covered this in a Monday Masterclass:
There's a reason why high-quality products are more expensive. You can buy a cheaper car, a cheaper home, cheaper clothes, and cheaper - insert product category here - but please don't buy cheaper supplements, herbs, spices, or foods. It's a big mistake.
So here's my thought process on getting the best quality supplements, herbs, spices, and more, for cheaper.
This is advice you won’t get elsewhere that can save you a lot of money on your supplement bills per year. More, in all likelihood, than the cost of the premium subscription. I think it’s a no-brainer, but then again, I’m biased!
