'Tis the Season: Dr. Stillman's Christmas Gift Guide
Give the gift of wellness this Christmas!
Merry Christmas! Here’s a quick gift guide as inspiration for all of you.
First, did you know I wrote a book? I have realized that many of you have no idea that I wrote a book, so I figured I would mention it first (shameless self-promotion? I plead the Fifth). You can buy it here. It makes a great Christmas gift, especially for your friends and family members who are still in denial about the current state of the world. Manufacturer’s warning: include a trigger warning for hypersensitive snowflakes who cannot handle facts and other “harsh realities.” Not responsible for lost friendships, alienated loved-ones, property or vehicular damage, loss of life or limb, medical bills, or legal fees. Caveat emptor.
Hopefully, you got a laugh out of that. If not, maybe it’s time to lighten up?
Enough of the chit-chat, let’s dive into gifts, starting with food, beverage, herbs, and spices.
Some of these are affiliate links. Some of them are not.
Bulk meat, like a half or a quarter cow or a whole hog, which I strongly recommend buying locally to support our amazing local farmers, like Joel Salatin (whose blog you should subscribe to).
Honey, also from local farmers.
Teas from Mountain Rose Herbs, including my favorites:
Chaga Cacao Chai
Green Earl Grey
Earl Grey
Bulk medicinal herbs from Mountain Rose Herbs, like:
Chamomile
Mint or peppermint
Herbs and spices from Mountain Rose Herbs, including:
Peppercorns
Salt
Mulling spices
Any culinary herb you can think of (we buy dozens from them every year)
Nuts.com has become my go-to place for ordering nuts, seeds, dried fruits, pantry items like cocoa powder, goat milk powder, and more. They’re a family-owned company and I like their quality. I typically only buy things from them that I cannot get locally.
The above are great stocking stuffers and gifts for people who, “have everything.” Because, let’s be honest, how can you “have everything” when it comes to herbs, spices, teas, salts, and peppercorns?! This would be ridiculous. Having a six month supply, I get. Buying in bulk is just good planning and economically advantageous.
I am tempted to mention LifeWave patches (because they are awesome), but frankly, buying network marketing products as a gift for someone seems kind of… weird and oddly self-serving. So if you’re considering doing that… think twice. If anything, I would make these an additional gift to someone who really needs them, and is in denial about it. If you want to join my team, here’s a link to get in touch with us. We have big things in development for 2025.
Here are bigger-ticket items for those of you who are looking for more than stocking stuffers.
They are summarized in this guide:
And I wrote more about how I use them in this guide:
Merry Christmas!

Great ideas for the difficult family or friend to buy for. LOL...we all have at least one.
