Then they came for the conspiracy theorists...
Another reason to buy a second home in Latin America
I yearn for a simpler time, when the average Democrat would have clutched at their pearls and gasped in disbelief at the mere thought that they would persecute their political opponents.
Ah! The good old days.
I suppose our modern day rulers are taking a page out of Machiavelli’s book:
“People should either be caressed or crushed. If you do them minor damage they will get their revenge; but if you cripple them there is nothing they can do. If you need to injure someone, do it in such a way that you do not have to fear their vengeance.”
― Niccolo Machiavelli
There is this quaint notion I have heard of called being magnanimous in victory. I suppose it is no longer in fashion.
The modern Democratic party is making Machiavelli proud. Gone are the days of amnesty for your political opponents. Instead we get headlines like these:
Anti-vaccine doctor sentenced to prison for Capitol riot
Collier County man sentenced to more than 2 years in Capitol riot

Things are not looking good for our freedoms here in the United States.
The Leftists in charge seem intent on jailing, bankrupting, and otherwise crippling every Conservative in America who puts up real resistance to their dystopian agenda.
The question is, how bad will things get?
Another question is, will you have anywhere to go if American law and culture are threatening to take away your life, liberty, or happiness?
Should we not vote with our feet and our dollars?
I am not here to offer you financial advice, because that’s way out of my lane as a doctor.
I will tell you what I’m doing, and I am investing in real estate in Latin America.
This is why we’re hosting a retreat in Nicaragua (where I’ve just put down a deposit on a tiny home) in January. Book your retreat now!
Consider the virtues of a second home in a place where men are still men, women are still women, and the cost of living is actually affordable.
You need to be careful investing in Latin America, which is why I am purchasing property through ECI Development. They have communities throughout Central America that you can purchase a home in for yourself, or as an investment property. You can learn more about them and why I chose them here.
Until next time, be well, and stay frosty,
Dr. Stillman
Love the idea. Not so sure about Nicaragua though. Spent time in Honduras and Nicaragua did not have much better rep. Again, love the decisive action.
