The information in those posts is now outdated (as of today), but they still provide important context for why we operate the way that we do. This post is an update on how we work with patients.

Today, I am announcing that we are only working with new patients (practice members) in programs.
I want to take a moment to explain why.
My team and I are running out of time to take care of our patients. The only solution to this is to take on fewer cases.
We have developed a sophisticated approach to medicine over the last several years that is far beyond what I see other practices offering. This is because we spend adequate time with our patients to educate them and hold them accountable for their wellness. We have expanded what we do to incorporate over a dozen different protocols with various supplements, plus personalized supplement protocols based on testing, as well as routine medical care and preventative medicine. We also manage prescriptions. Most practices do one or a few of these things.
This takes time. We noticed that patients who did not do a program did not have enough time with us for us to teach them everything they needed to know to achieve the results they desired.
Programs give us more time with patients. It ensures that people who come to work with us are serious about their wellness. It ensures that we have an excellent foundation to work from, which improves our outcomes.
Programs are designed to help patients achieve durable, significant results in a short period of time. My goal with each program is for patients to achieve a 50-90% improvement in their well-being in just 3-6 months.
To do this, we need a structured approach where everything runs smoothly and we are able to quickly adjust our approach as needed. We need a specific array of products, including supplements. We need a certain baseline level of lab testing. Programs allow us to do all of this.
Currently, our patients report:
A 68% improvement in well-being since starting with us
96% would refer friends and family
96% report that the investment they have made with us has been worth it
This has generated tremendous word-of-mouth referral. A significant proportion of our new patients each month have been referred by other patients.
After a program, a member of the practice can continue with us in a membership. We have a variety of tiers to choose from.

So there is no window through which we can order blood work, which was much cheaper than ordering on our own?
Thank you for providing updated details. I was hoping to join your practice this year and was saving for the down payment but it looks like that’s going to take me a lot longer to do. I understand the value I really do. You are one of the few who understands mineral balancing along with light therapy and other modalities. It’s just hard that it’s so out of reach for so many of us.
