If you’re interested in becoming a patient at my medical practice, this post is for you.
Here is the process to become a patient:
Schedule a discovery call - this is to make sure we’re on the same page and are a good fit to work together.
The second step is a Practice Membership Evaluation, during which we determine which of our programs or memberships is the best fit for you. This is a 45-minute conversation, during which we explore your goals, explain what it will likely take to achieve them, and agree on a plan of care.
If we’re a good fit to work together, you may join one of our programs or memberships.
You can see a comparison of our programs and memberships here.
Let me take a moment to explain what programs and memberships are, and why we are not a simple fee-for-service practice.
What are programs?
Programs are intensive, months-long experiences that combine one-on-one care, group coaching, supplements, and lab testing, for an all-inclusive price.
The goal is to improve your health by 50-90% in 3-6 months.
Why did I create programs? The reality is that many practices today are getting patients in the door with an initial consult fee, and then upselling them constantly. I feel this cheapens the doctor-patient relationship. I would rather offer you an all-inclusive program that bundles everything you need together, for one simple, transparent price.
Why are they all-inclusive? This is for the sake of transparency and patient satisfaction. In the end, your success is our top priority. I’ve included everything in my programs that I think you’ll need to succeed. We give people a fair deal and bundle everything together, so there are no hidden fees you have to pay later. We can always add things on top of what’s included in the program, like extra lab testing or supplements, but this is determined on a case-by-case basis.
What about memberships?
Not everyone needs or is ready for a program. Programs are for people who are ready to spend hours per week on their health between appointments with our team, supplement protocols, exercise, and changes to their diet and lifestyle.
Memberships are for people who want to either maintain their health or improve it by 5-25% per quarter.
Memberships include a certain number of visits and degree of support, such as chat portal messaging. If you run out of visits, you can book time as-needed with any team member at members-only prices.
Why did I create memberships, instead of just letting people book time with us a la carte? Different people need different levels of support. We will recommend a certain level of membership to you based on the details of your case and the results you desire. More complex cases require a higher level of care, which includes quarterly visits and chat portal support. Some people just need an annual visit with me to review labs and make sure they are on the right track.
Memberships include 20% discounts on all supplements and up to 80% discounts on lab testing.
Here is a comparison of our programs and memberships for your reference.
What does it typically cost to be a patient at the practice?
Our average patient spends $4,000 on visits, supplements, and labs each year. Memberships start at under $100 per month and programs can cost up to $1,400 per month. It all depends upon what level of care and service you desire, and how quickly you want to see results. We will make a recommendation as to a level of care during your Practice Membership Evaluation, but it’s up to you to make the final decision.
What do patients typically spend per year at the practice?
Patients typically spend $4,000 per year at the practice between visits, supplements, and lab testing.
If a program or membership at my medical practice isn’t a good fit for you for some reason, you should consider coaching programs at Stillman Wellness (which is our coaching and wellness operation - not a medical practice). You can get started with our Optimal Wellness Membership today. Once you’re in the Optimal Wellness Membership, you can upgrade to VIP for additional calls and course material.
Until next time, be well,
Dr. Stillman
This is so interesting! I admire the transparency and goals. I hope others follow suit so we can see a part of the medical landscape really changed.
Colossians 3:23 and Ephesians 2:10
Work in a way that the creator will be proud of, knowing that you will have to answer before him. Structures may help, but no structure will keep an organization from corrupting like remembering its accountable before the Lord.

Keep up the good work and thank you for all of your information!
Amazing! Praying for you as you navigate these “uncharted waters.” Thank you!
