One of the gentlemen in our weight loss program recently reported that he has lost 10 pounds since starting the program (about six weeks ago), just by going out side and getting more sun.
How did he do it? He was making fundamental mistakes. Find out what the top five mistakes I see people making are and how I help people to overcome them here.
As Jim likes to say, "Small hinges swing big doors." Speaking of small hinges, I have a webinar on minerals (hair tissue mineral analysis) coming up later this month. We'll be hosting a course that kicks off after the webinar. You won't want to miss it, so make sure to sign up today. You can add a reminder on YouTube here.
Why does sunlight help us to optimize our body composition?
First, sunlight helps to make hormones and neurotransmitters inside of us. This fosters better brain function. Maybe this is why surfers are typically slender and emotionally upbeat. I'm convinced that this is why the typical mass shooter is a video game addict on psychotropic drugs. Sunlight helps us to make better decisions and to behave more logically. This is why illogical people are the norm in our modern society.
Second, sunlight helps to time your circadian rhythms. These rhythms control sleep. Red and infrared light in sunlight help to make melatonin in the eye and the skin, which is why having more skin out in the sun helps you sleep at night. The stronger your circadian rhythms, the higher your hormones will be (generally speaking), and this promotes a youthful body composition.
Third, red and infrared light in sunlight are powerful healers. These frequencies charge your cellular batteries, increasing the amount of energy the cell can create - regardless of calories.
There's a lot more to optimizing your light environment than just getting outside three times a day. This is why Jim and I run a coaching program called Fundamentals of Wellness. You can join here or you can find out more here.
Our weight loss course runs for another three months, and we'll probably run another weight loss course and coaching program in the new year.
In the meantime, you can join The Fundamentals of Wellness and get started coaching with us right away. We're getting great reviews from patients. Just look at what one of our participants this weekend had to say:
"Thank you so much for your advise...Your enthusiasm is contagious and your expertise is awesome."
We love getting feedback like this.
If you have never experienced a group coaching call and would like to see what one is like, you can book a meet and greet with me to find out. These calls are capped at 15 people and are only 30 minutes - our Q&A's this past weekend for The Fundamentals of Wellness was under 10 people at the most and lasted almost three hours in total (we had two calls about 1.5 hours each).
Until next time, be well,
Dr. Stillman
