In my last post, I explained why AI-generated content will become a major source of disease and disability in the coming years. Now, let's talk about how you can protect yourself and your loved ones from it.
What is the solution?
You need to identify people who tell the truth right now and make sure they have your email address. Better yet, make sure they have two of your email addresses. Make sure you have real-world connections with real people who think like you do. Make sure that you are creating networks of people who are aware of how the world is being brainwashed into what I describe in my book as Slavery 2.0.
"The first principle is that you must not fool yourself, and you are the easiest person to fool."
- Richard P. Feynman
Richard Feynman - THE Richard Feynman, Nobel laureate and eminent physicist of his day - said that "you" - obviously referring to himself - are the easiest person to fool.
We all fall into the conceit of thinking we can't be fooled. Don't be so foolish as to think that these bots will not be able to fool you.
If I were an unscrupulous and cynical person, I might have bought a subscription to one of these bots and started to churn out derivative content on this blog. I might have used it to make way more posts in way less time, gaining more subscribers and earning more affiliate commissions with each post. I might have cashed in on checking out from the hard work of bringing you original content from my own mind.
But I've decided not to do that.
Why? Because it offends my sense of integrity. You're here for me, not some bot. And I consider it a matter of honor to serve you as best as I possibly can, even if you're just a free subscriber. I consider that my Christian duty.
That's also why there is a premium version of this blog. What I share in the premium posts, you can save yourself urgent care visits, hospitalizations, the cost of medications, and more.
I mentioned above that you need to have networks of people who you know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, are real. You need to make sure that their values align with yours.
The importance of local networks cannot be over-stated. Local food, local services, and local goods are critical for our future. These networks cannot be censored, consensus cannot be engineered, and the flow of goods and services is extremely difficult to restrict.
This is why I am such an avid proponent of going to church, farmer's markets, gyms, fitness studios, and independent restaurants. I'm a big fan of local activities, like fishing, hunting, and any kind of sport. Even though my business is virtual, I do my best to patronize local businesses, even virtual ones. I get to know everyone that I work with, because I've learned that these personal relationships, which are steadily being eroded by digitization, are invaluable.
So go out there, make local friends, do local things, and build local networks. Don't let people shut you down, mask you up, or take away your joy in life. And above all, make sure that your sources of information are real people, with something to lose if anything untoward should happen to you, and not an army of mindless bots generating fake news to serve the economic interests of soulless corporations, governments, and NGOs.
Okay, that's enough about current events.
Back to teaching you all how to be healthy.
Until next time, be well,
Dr. Stillman
The person who seeks to do the will of God will intrinsically know the truth.
I absolutely agree on the importance of real relationships. This is an important thing to encourage, and will also support a person’s health if they build their community right!
