How to cut EMF from your wifi router - without turning it off completely
A really cool internet router that is now available
There are a lot of great guides on reducing EMF exposure out there. My favorite is the book EMF*d by my friend and colleague, Dr. Joe Mercola.
But the truth is, there's one simple thing you can do to cut your exposure to microwave and radiowave radiation by (probably) 90% right now.
And that's buy a JRS Eco-Router using my affiliate link. Your purchases of products using my affiliate links help support my writing habit, which I am very grateful for.
The JRS Eco-Router is the only low-EMF wifi router. I know, I know, it's still a wifi router. For better or for worse, if you need an internet connection, you need a router.
If you really want to reduce your EMF exposure, measuring your exposure is invaluable. That’s why I also recommend purchasing some meters, like the MK-5 Electrosmog Kit, from Safe Living Technologies.
The great thing about this router is that you can disable the wifi signal altogether, and, even if you keep the wifi on, the router is set to emit dramatically less EMF than other routers.
If you disable the wifi and connect to the router via a DSL cable using this connection for Apple and this connection for USB, you can reduce your microwave and radiowave radiation exposure to practically zero.
That's why I use the JRS Eco-Router. There's a lot more you can do about EMF, as Dr. Mercola covers here, but I think that the JRS Eco-Router is a must-have for people are serious about their health in a world where EMF pollution is getting out of control.
Until next time, be well,
Dr. Stillman
Plus don't forget to at least shut off the router at night. Many wifi equipped routers can also be shut off manually, such as linksys, by going into their admin site. I had to do this with mine, as the wifi kept coming on, even though everything was hardwired. https://www.linksys.com/gb/support-article/?articleNum=316912
Thanks for posting this resource Dr. Stillman! Happy to have found your page.
Kind regards,
Roman
