I've got a secret to share with you today...

There are a LOT of herbs, supplements, and nutrients out there that are recommended for gut health.

But there's a cocktail I recommend to my patients that's easy to make, easy to take, and a lot cheaper than most of the remedies you’ll find out there.

What is it?

I call it the “GI (gastrointestinal) cocktail.” Hospitals have a “GI cocktail” that they use at liberty in cases of indigestion, abdominal pain, and even chest pain. It consists of a bunch of drugs that generally help people with GI complaints feel better. I prefer to avoid the drugs, but I realized I still needed a good herbal preparation for cases of GI upset.

I use this herbal GI cocktail it in cases of indigestion, heartburn, irritable or inflammatory bowel syndrome, constipation, chronic diarrhea, and more.

If there is any hint of irritation in the GI tract, I'll add this to give patients relief. The worst thing that can happen is that it doesn't work - I am not aware of any significant drug-herb interactions with this mix. However, given that I am as fallible as the next person, I do recommend that you consult your physician before starting it. You can schedule a consultation with my team here.

What's in my GI cocktail?

It's a recipe for premium subscribers only. This recipe will save you a ton of guesswork as to what herbs to use and why for GI illnesses.
