Questions for Q & A 1. Recommended Cookware-Cast iron vs. stainless steel vs non stick.

2. Thoughts on Tesla and other electric cars. Because of the high magnetic fields have you seen a decline in peoples health from driving electric vehicles?

3. What are your suggestions around buying health insurance? What to purchase and what not to purchase?

4. What healthy snacks do you recommend to give to kids 2 years old and up? A nice balance of quality nutrients and desirable to eat for kids?

5. In your clinical experience where have you seen the Ketogenic diet be beneficial for patients and where do you see it come up short?

What is the deal with long COVID?

Chris

Can you provide an opinion on Naturopathic medicine and if acquiring an ND is worthwhile? Also, are there any other “natural” education paths you think are worthwhile? Most medical paths seem to require the Covid vaccine, and that is a deal killer.

1) Regarding the Sperti Vit D manual, it says to use the lamp 5min every other day. You mention using it daily for 5min. Are you are suggesting daily is okay as long as one addresses balancing this UV-B exposure with either getting full sunlight outdoors or with daily R/IR exposure from devices such as the EMR-tek devices? Or, is 5min daily on the Sperti simply not of concern for overexposure for most people?

2) With regards to my previous question in my previous post on 'absolute vs relative' contraindication with regards to usage of the Sperti lamp with respect to basal cell carcinoma, if you view it as a 'relative' contraindicaton, would you suggest to limit the exposure time or vary exposure frequency, from a daily 5min dose?

2) As a chiropractor, I had the opportunity to attend a webinar for Continuing Education on photobiomodulation therapy via a company called BIOFLEX (in Canada). My resultant understanding is that all research that speaks to the benefits of R/IR therapy was based on lazer or LED arrays that were in full contact with the skin. It was stated that anything less than direct, penetrating skin contact results in 85% of the light being reflected off the skin, minimizing effectiveness. Further to this I came across a study (which I can't source right now) that spoke about increased oxidation to the skin promoting photoaging when being exposed to NIR light at a distance ie.non-skin contact. This concerns me regarding these many companies that sell the 'panel/boses' as a R/IR light source and promoting them using the research that was based on penetrating skin contact. Is there something I am missing? Can you please speak to this. Thanks.

Chris

I have been prescribed Eliquis, 5 mg - 2Xdaily, and have been on it for about 18 months. I would like to find a natural alternative, perhaps Lumbrokinase, or something else. Is this something you and/or your associates can advise me on?
