This is a wonderful video for women. However, I don't see how the title accurately defines the content. May I suggest considering changing the title.
I am posting this video on a recent substack by the Midwestern Doctor, who writes the substack page, The Forgotten Side of Medicine. The post is called: "How Did We Know That the COVID-19 Vaccines Would Decimate Global Fertility?"
Something else to share with you. . . I have been fasting coach for almost 40 years, also an iridologist and nutritionist. I have detoxed women who have been on birth control for years, who are quite toxic and have been for a long time. Once the excess bile which is full of iron is eliminated, they feel and look much better.
The fasting, the elimination of excess iron through coffee enemas, and hydro colonic-irigation therapy, is phenomenal! I know quite a number of women post--including myself--who report how much better they are after a fast, and after eliminating so much excess bile--full of iron..
Also, I often see birth control-drug spots, which the body is not able to metabolize, in the iris reflex points for the ovaries, uterus, pituitary glands. On several occasions, women who fast for 10 or more days, eliminate these spots or they shrink to almost nothing.
Thank You! Good Luck with your work. . . Your remind me of a younger version of Dr. Mercola, who I deeply respect and admire.
Very interesting. I really appreciate your frankness on this topic.
Just some thoughts I was quite lucky that my fertility was not long term impacted by my use of the pill. (I do try to watch my diet though- prefer plant medicines to prescription and avoiding aspartame is like an obsession with me). I was able to have babies at 34, 36 and 40. But one thing that was not discussed with me prior to being on the pill was that it could cause sad moods, pain during sex and a drop in sex drive.
I also wonder if it may have contributed to cysts in my breasts? (But I don’t know)
I got married relatively young (22) but we waited for kids but in some ways it was more expensive to wait, daycare is not supplemented if you are earning a bit more so it is better (in Canada) in some ways to just do it in your twenties. I really think it maybe makes more sense to just have kids and do university part time over a longer period of time.
Anyway, I am curious if minerals can impact mental health and if they can affect reports of pain during sex? (Sorry I know that is an almost taboo subject, also I m not on the pill these days and I feel like I experience that wayyyy less often but I m worried that as I age if my hormones fluctuate it may be something to watch out for and if minerals could help).
Also of note I had wondered how iodine impacts hormones? My grandma had a goiter and also suffered from weight gain. A
