A Personal Invitation to Join Me on a Journey
What started as a simple desire to help more people has grown into something beautiful
I've been sitting on something for a while now, and I finally feel ready to share it with you.
Over the past few months, I've watched something remarkable happen. My LifeWave team has become more than just a network – we've become a community of people genuinely passionate about helping others feel their best. And honestly? It's been one of the most fulfilling experiences of my career.
Why I'm Writing This
Here's the thing – I see so many people struggling with their health, feeling lost in a system that doesn't always serve them well. Meanwhile, I have colleagues who are burning out trying to help everyone who walks through their doors. There's this gap between people who need support and the limited time we have to give it.
That's when it hit me. What if I could teach others what I've learned? Not to replace doctors, but to empower people to better support their families, friends, and communities?
What I've Discovered
Through my LifeWave team, I've started sharing the insights I've gathered over years of practice. I'm talking about:
How I approach conversations about health (without making people feel judged)
The questions I ask that help people identify what's really going on
Simple strategies that make a real difference in how people feel
How to build genuine relationships while sharing something you believe in
Ways to create balance so helping others doesn't exhaust you
The response has been incredible. People are not just learning – they're thriving. They're having conversations with their loved ones they never thought possible. They're building confidence in their ability to make a difference.
My Invitation to You
I'd love for you to consider joining us.
This isn't about convincing you to become someone you're not. If you're reading this, you probably already care deeply about wellness – maybe for yourself, your family, or others in your life. I'm simply offering you tools and community to amplify that caring in ways that feel authentic to you.
Here's what I'm committed to sharing with our team:
The Heart of It:
How to have meaningful conversations about health and wellness
Building trust and rapport naturally
Creating genuine connections in our communities
The Practical Side:
Daily habits that build both health and business
Authentic ways to share on social media
How to support others without burning yourself out
The Business Piece:
Building something sustainable that aligns with your values
Approaching this work with integrity
Creating lasting impact (and income) that serves everyone
What This Really Looks Like
Starting next week, I'm dedicating one hour every week to personally train our team. These aren't generic business sessions – they're intimate conversations about how to do this work in a way that feels good and creates real results.
Some weeks we'll talk mindset. Other weeks, we'll dive into practical skills. Always, we'll focus on how to show up authentically while building something meaningful.
If You're Curious...
I know network marketing might not be something you ever imagined for yourself. That's okay – most of us on the team felt the same way initially. But when you find something that genuinely helps people and aligns with your values, it stops feeling like "network marketing" and starts feeling like community building.
If any of this resonates with you, I'd love to have you join us.

A Final Thought
I believe we're living in a time when people are hungry for authentic connection and real solutions. They want to feel better, and they want to help the people they love feel better too.
If that sounds like you, I think you might love what we're building together.
Whatever you decide, thank you for subscribing. I appreciate you taking the time to read and support my work.
Until next time, be well,
Dr. Stillman
P.S. – I genuinely mean it when I say this opportunity feels special. The combination of meaningful work, supportive community, and real impact is rare. If you're even slightly curious, I hope you'll take that first step and see what we're all about.
